Price and Availability

• Availability: Prices are based on availability atthe time of confirmation. We do not hold any reservations until
confirmed.

Tour Eligibility
Indian Nationals and Foreign Residents: Our tour prices are valid for Indian citizens and foreigners with Indian Resident
Permits.

Transportation
• Transfers and sightseeing will be provided as per the itinerary.
• If the vehicle service is extended beyond the scheduled time, charges will apply at ₹25 per km or ₹300 per hour,
whichever is higher.

Booking Confirmation
• Subject to Availability: Booking confirmations are contingent upon availability for all aspects of your reservation,
including hotel rooms.

Reservation Policy
• No Reservations Held: We do not hold reservations for air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms, etc. Final availability will be confirmed upon request.
• Holiday Surcharge: Any applicable holiday surcharge will be added to the quoted price.
• Additional Charges: Any applicable holiday surcharge will be added to the quoted price. Overstay Expenses
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for overstay expenses due to flight delays, changes, or cancellations. While we will assist, Namaskaram Bharat is not liable.

Additional Instructions
• Hotel Accessories: Handle hotel accessories with care to avoid damage charges.
• Government Rules and Regulations: Adhere to governmentrules and apartment regulations, including noise and
swimming pool policies.
